that killed five people in tampa. florida highway patrol just sent us this video. it was recorded inside of the car. believed to have caused that head on crash on m.l.k. wednesday night. video shows the car going low as 28 niles an hour and then increase to 1115 miles per hour. now, the aftermath of that crash. a mom and her four kids were on their way home from church and they were hit head children dialed. and pablo cortez and his 19 year old passenger. cortez speeding down m.l.k. lost control went over median and then crashed. and it is 9:02 students loans are big issue this presidential campaign. mostly because young adult across the country are starting careers 10s of that's stand and it is take years and years to

loans? the feds are going through each application right now. but critic say forgive any and all of the students loans. that's not happening. new rules are this. there will be automatic loan forgiveness for any one had school shut down after november 1st of 2013. that would include these students but here the catch. as long as they have not reenrolled in another college within three years. >> the other factor to get loans wiped if school substantially misrepre program. financial charges or the chance of graduates finding work. and we know that had happened with lot of these four profit schools. how much money are we talking about? so far, only 15,000 students have applied for and won forgiveness. to tune of $247 million. that's on average a little bit more than $15,000 per spew accidents and there are 250,000 students. all and all this loan forgiveness cost taxpayer more
